Went to the local garden centre for compost and horticultural grit. Whilst there noticed that they had reduced some perennial plants as they were ‘past their best’. I hope to grow more of my Astrantia from seed but I found two new ones at half price plus a beautiful cranesbill or geranium so am really pleased. The Geranium is flowering and I think that they Astrantias will do again.
